- Online Ticket Management System: You can enter a new support ticket as needed
and check the status of your tickets, as well as those opened by other users at your district.
- Toll-Free Help Desk Access: We provide toll-free help desk access during
business hours, and your district can call an unlimited number of times.
Your concern will be addressed by a friendly consultant who understands school district needs. In addition to being experts with the TEAMS ERP, many Prologic employees have real-world K-12 experience. We have consultants who have worked in school district Information Technology, Accounting, and Business Departments, as well as consultants with teaching certifications and classroom experience.
Other members of our team have state education agency experience. At Prologic, we like the synergy and understanding that comes from having a mix of consultants with traditional technical backgrounds and consultants with deep K-12 roots.
