With TEAMS HR modules, you have a real-time global tool for effectively managing your HR needs today and into the future.

TEAMS makes life easier for your HR department by eliminating paper processes and redundant data entry. When an applicant accepts a job with your district, the application he or she entered online becomes the basis for the employee record. Employees can manage much of their own information through the Employee Self-Serve application, and contracts can be renewed electronically.

Because TEAMS is real-time, you know you are using the most current data available for forecasting. Other systems use snapshot files, which are copies of data that may or may not be completely up-to-date. When you use TEAMS to forecast your budget, you can perform an endless number of "what-if" scenarios to create projections you can save and go back and analyze during the budgeting process.

Manage Your Workforce With Smart, Integrated Position Inventory Control
In TEAMS, the Position Inventory is fully integrated with multiple district processes. Because the Budget module fully interacts with the Position Inventory, an organization can't have more positions than have been approved for it. Individuals can only be hired into positions that are vacant, and they can't be paid without being assigned to a position. With TEAMS your district can track open positions and review budgeted and actual amounts for positions, which enables your Budget Director to see true position costs.

Managers can use TEAMS reports to analyze vacant positions by organization to help them make timely decisions related to these positions. And when you use TEAMS HR modules with TEAMS Student Management modules, your Position Inventory is truly integrated with your Master Schedule, satisfying No Child Left Behind standards.
